Animosa rolled her eyes, "I had my fill of near death experiences, I am a simple alchemist, I have never been a good fighter." She said taking her steak, "Thank you." She muttered as she began to cut into the meat.
"I am interested in watching what you two fight, I maybe able to help out but not on the front line, I am a researcher at heart." She explained thinking over the offer again still thinking it sounded like a death wish.

Cat chuckled, sitting down. "Do as you want, because either way my friend, I will wish you the best." Cat cut into the food, the plate sitting on her lap as she sat with her legs crossed. "I've always wondered what my life would be if I took a more scholarly life then the one I have now."
She took a bite. "If in case you ever need a place to sleep, you're welcome here. Even if I'm not home." Cat said after swallowing her first bite.

Animosa nodded, "Thank you, I do appreciate it." She said eating the steak thinking about many things. "A Scholarly life is not one that helps people, it just helps you find the cruel ironies in like a bit easier. Like my name Animosa means spirit in an old language. That has recently found a twist in my life, but other things as well. But then the paths we chosen are the ones we are on. It would be pointless to go back." She said shrugging her shoulders.

"It's easier to go down the hill then back up the hill, whatever that may mean." Cat let the fork sit in her mouth for a moment, thinking. "You say your name has become a cruel irony?" She said slipping the fork out of her mouth, holding back a small laugh. "What do you mean by that, if you don't mind me asking."
The fact she thought she smelled Rave earlier tugged at her suddenly.

Animosa swallowed her mouth full of food and she scratched her head. "Well I had an out of body experience while I was sleeping I think when Weiss's wall of blue hit me it caused my atoms to scatter and when I reconstructed myself I guess what ever held onto my soul was damaged. I was able to see a spirit that instructed me to find a bead of a fallen warrior that contained a soul strong enough to stop Weiss. But it vanished, also the spirit told me to find the guardians and see if they are ready to continue to fight him. And after that I had a strange bird following me around and I think it could talk." She said realizing how this all really sounds like a crazy dream rathe than the truth.

Cat toy with her food now. "Sounds like Jaz and Rave..." She smiled to herself. "That bird is a capable one. If he's watching after you then you've got no worries to worry." Without finishing her food, Cat got up and walked toward the door. She scraped the rest outside before going to the sink and setting her plate in it.

The vardo marched on, Vash leading it. When they stopped, it was at the lake's south shore. She stood in water, but it wasn't even an inch high. She stared across the lake.
Hopping out of the back of the wagon was a small boy. "Yo, we stopping here for the night cuz?"
Vash broke her stare, pulling the scarf down from her face. She nodded her head. "Yes, now wake up Grandpa. Make sure he's still kicking."
Soon enough, a fire was started. Smoke spiraled into the air.

A little blond boy about the age of 8 covered in dirt and grime stummbled out of the trees and saw the fire going wandering closer with a look of caution on his face and cried out meekly "H-h-hello is anyone here?"

Animosa nodded Jaz and Rave the names sound completely unfamiliar, but the information with it was comforting. The bird could keep her safe. "Well Jaz and Rave huh, guess I have some more researching to do then." She said finishing off her steak and following suit of Cat placing the dish away in the sink.

"Brother..? I have family..?" he questioned, still wary of the other male in front of him. "Ah... I don't remember anything. Who I am..where I came from, who you are or even where the hell I even am!" he said holding his head as he groaned a bit. |

Weiss's figure appeared from the cloud of cyan smoke in the middle of an empty field, looking up at the sky as the wind would flap his clothing around and whip his hair gently to the side. He took in a deep breath; reveling in the clean air of the land around him.
"Mmm... I believe it is time for assimilation.. The strong will be chosen and spared while the weak will fall like flies to pave the way for the ones worth of evolution.." he spoke to himself.
A smile formed on his face, his head traveled down, eyes looking at the glowing aura in his right hand. It wasn't his own aura. The aura was green, a sickly green colour. He knelt down onto his knees, placing his hand against the grassy plain as the green aura seeped in. After the deed was done, he stood up and turned around, walking away from the implant site. Soon enough a pillar of green colour erupted from the ground, thousands upon thousands of strands of the aura began to lash out, traveling in all different directions to assimilate the worthy. |

The family consisted of Vash, the boy from before and an old man. They all turned their heads, staring at the boy. Vash and her cousin stood up. "Sit back down Andrin," she barked. Vash walked slowly toward the child. "Are you hurt? What is the matter?"

"Mhhmm..." Cat fell quiet. She looked around the room, eyes wandering like she'd never been in the room before. "I suppose I should get to bed. I'm already feeling sore from my training." She laughed.
Her ears fell back, feeling a sudden disruption. "..." Cat walked past Animosa and stood in doorway, staring outside now.

The boy fell to his knees crying abit "Oh thank the gods. I've been lost in these wood and cant find my way out I smelt smoke and followed it hoping that it would lead me to people."

Vash knelt down in front of the boy. Her hands brushed against his face, wiping away dirt from his cheeks. "What is the matter child? You're safe now."

Animosa nodded as Cat spoke and then a pounding began in her head, "Yeah you do that, I think I am going to step out for some fresh air for a bit. She said as she walked out of the building and rubbed her head closing her eyes. When she reopened them she saw a man sitting before her. He wore all black and had jet black hair and large wings protruding from his back. His green eyes were piercing. "I suppose you are Rave then." Animosa asked and the demon nodded.
"Yes I see you learned of the guardians then?" He said knowing the answer so he continued, "Next you will need to find the rest of Nathano's clan such as Zeke and Alchem I do believe they are both still alive." He said looking at his own hand. "Its strange shifting back to this form, haven't been in this one for years."
Rave paused looking at Cat unconcerned with her as he felt the aura lash towards them. He closed his eyes and grabbed Animosa's wrist and pulled her into his arms he looked over his shoulder as his wings encompassed them. "WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING!" she screamed as the aura went toward him and tried to combat his and slipped past as he watched it move away.

The boy smiled at Vash showing his fangs. He then spoke in a much older and a bit darker voice "A bit to trusting aren't miss." He then chuckled "Don't fear I mean no harm." The boy stepped back a few paces grew abit and began to glow. When he was done Naga stood where the boy was "I'm sorry for the deception your group triggered the alarms and I came to see why."

Vash stood up, jumping back. Her hands immediately wrapped around the ends of her scarf. Though he said he meant no harm, Vash didn't believe it. She didn't want to be fooled twice. "Triggered alarms? What do you own the land?" She questioned with a hiss.
Andrin stood up, raising his fists. Their grandfather however rejoiced in his own world.

Naga shook his head and sat down on the ground "No but she is pissed about how much damage is done to her almost daily. She lets my family live here in her forest for an exchange. She provides, we protect. I set up alarms around the whole forest so if someone where to come into it I or one of my famly members would know and would come to scout the intruder to see if they ment harm to the forest."
Naga then sighed "Wow that was a mouth full."

"Hmph, well we don't mean any harm. Just passing through, so you can calm yourself." Vash let go of her scarf. She turned her head to look at Andrin, motioning him to sit down with her right hand.
With a heavy sigh, Andrin sat right back down.

Animosa pulled against Rave until he sighed, "If you've gotten hit by that aura you would have dissolved into the air, now that it has diluted you are save." He explained releasing her and she jumped out of his lap red faced, "You don't just grab me and pull me into some sort of demonic embrace!" She hissed at Rave feeling the gaging atmosphere as if fear was literally lacing the air.
