Apaichi nodded to William as he approached Apaichi, he didn't really know anyone here but he was interested in the woman who he now had a name of. "Deandra." He whispered to himself as if a method of getting use to the name. He would follow behind William as he was led through the building.

Time would pass and the fire had eventually ceased within the underground laboratory. The crumpled corpse of Stryker would start the healing process just as soon as it was able, whenever that was. The woman's body would heal from the inside out. No doubt if Stryker were "alive" this would be a painful process. A gift such as hers didn't come without it's prices. The woman's flesh wasn't scalded from head to toe, but some areas of her body were burnt more then others. Parts of her body were black, burnt down to the bone. It would all come back, her body regenerating the lost tissue as good as new. It wasn't long before the woman started breathing, slow unconscious breaths. Stryker came to life with a long, aching groan. The woman uncurled herself from the fetal position she had taken just before she'd ever gotten into that state. It was dark, and cold. Her clothes were nothing like her, they were tattered and burnt. Stryker was dumbfounded. She hadn't a clue where she was. The woman's hands patted the utility belt around her waist, searching for her flashlight. Turning it on, the woman's light scanned the area. The sights, sounds and smells from before her 'knock out' was all coming back to her. "AWE WHAT THE HELL MAN. THEY DID THE BOSS LEVEL WITHOUT ME."

He whispered to himself as if a method of getting use to the name. He would follow behind William as he was led through the building. William led Apaichi to the elevator, after a click of a button the doors shut and they were going up to D's office up at the top. There would be a ding when they reached their destination and the doors would open up. D would not be sitting in her usual office chair, at her desk. Instead she was observing that area from the comfort of a three cushion couch on the side of the room. She was rested comfortably, legs curled on the couch. Her head rested in her hand as she leaned against the arm of the couch. The young woman was busy watching the repairmen fix the window she had broken, lost in thought. The ding of the elevator would break her gaze and train of thought as her blue eyes flickered over to William and Apaichi. William stepped, bowing his head to his mistress. "Miss Deandra, Mister Apaichi is here to see you. Shall I get you two any refreshments?" "Nothing for me," D would reply, eyes locked on the light demon. "Would you like a little something, Apaichi?"

Dark just stood there with the same eery devilish smile about his stitched up face, crimson orbs staring at the man as he approached him. "Down boy. Heel." he muttered in a half mocking manner, though the demon did not seem to be directly hostile he still seemed to want to, and enjoy, pissing the male off with his own mannerisms. His eyes directing themselves back over to Evelyn. "So violent and bold.. Reminds me of myself back in the day." the demon's eyes diverting back over to Lance as a sudden disdain look of mild digust grew across his face. "..I forgot how much I hated it."

Havoc listened and then once Alchem finished she stood. "Alright then, I take it your aura will help you fight and defend then?" She then walked out of the gazebo and out toward the garden. "Then we will make it very simple, my dear Alchem. Defend yourself without your sword or hope I am in a merciful mood." She said waiting for Alchem's response.

Rave took the moment that Lance looked at Dark and he darted in toward Lance his hand burned and charred and turned to a diamond like point that he would thrust toward Lance, as he said his last word the point would be paused at his throat. Everlyn eyes were narrowed through her blind fold hid that fact, "Violent yes, being trained to kill first and ask questions later makes me as such with your sort." She said calmly thinking "Never lose focus in battle, if multiple people come into play you must stop one before taking another." Rave said coolly. Then looked over to Dark, "You are quite the antagonizing man, Dark. I believe I should start taking notes." He said with a smirk.

Lance's eyes narrowed bringing a hand up to show his surrender to Rave. "I suppose that would be the death of me." He finished knowing the demon could strike his throat before he could move to dodge it. He then looked at Dark recalling what he had told him. "How was a demon once a slayer? That's is our sworn enemy."

Dark's face took more a neutral tone now, eyes suddenly filling with a emotionless void. The question itself seemed to take some time for even himself, clearly noted by whatever was now going through his head. The man however smiles in deviance once more. "My life was never very swell. I guess that sums it up nicely." managing a response.

Rave's diamond exterior fell away as ash as he shook his hand. He walked away and looked over to Everlyn, "Are you wanting a session?" He asked as the woman let out a laugh, "No thank you." she said knowing that he was inside her head, making any sort of attack or defense would easily be known to him. Rave chuckled and smirked at Everlyn, "I promise to count to 3 before I react to your movements.

Alchem looked down a bit at his tea and took the cup, downing the flavored liquid in a few gulps and placed it back down on it's platter leaving it empty. He stood from his seat and stepped out from the gazebo and out onto the grassy plains of the garden, standing away from his motherly figure with nothing but the clothing on his back. He loosened the cravat he wore and tossed it aside and then proceeded to pull open his fine coat and let it slid off and hit the ground. He placed one foot against the heel of the other, holding the shoe down and slipped his foot out, doing the same to the other shoe. He now stood there with other a simple dress shirt, pants, and socks, readying himself as he took a deep breath.
"I'm ready." he said confidently.

Havoc smiled at the black swirling energy engulfed her and slowly the energy fell leaving behind Father G's form. She let out a show laugh, "Now my dear child how will you react?" She asked as the shadows whipped around Havoc's father G's form as he soared forward the tentacle shadows lashing for Alchem as Father G's laugh filled the air.

"I'm good, thank you." Apaichi would reply looking at Deandra while noticing the surroundings within the room. he made his way over to a chair sitting down on it. "This is quite a nice corporation you have going here Deandra." Apaichi leaned forward as to make it known he hadn't came here for simple chatter. "I apologize for what damage I may have created in your city, I would offer to fix it but it seems your 'employees' Have done a rather good job of that...but I have other things I would like to talk with you about. As you have said Cat is gone, my brother Nathan has died, and it seems the remaining guardians are gone aswell." He leaned back in the chair. "As we have proved we can fight aswell, but what if a battle comes that is even worse than before?" He said, referring to the fight that the guardians were killed in. "What I'm getting to here is basic...we need to train, all I want from you is help in an area where we can do this. There's a large clearing south of here where we could set something up, I propose a tournament. All are invited to attend, clearly there will be a rule against killing people." Apaichi stood up from his position and made his way over to the window. "Whether you join in or not is your choice but without one of you barriers the damage could be hazardous to other cities aswell. It may sound like an odd proposal, but you will not find any better form of training. I don't expect you to make a quick decision without consideration, so take as much time as you want."

Lance continued to stare at Dark, he couldn't help but think his question was simply avoided, or just not answered in the way he wanted. "What is it you want with us?" He questioned, a fist forming from his left hand. "Not satisfied with our first encounter?"

D stayed quiet as the man spoke. Her head nodding along in contemplation as her eyes followed after him when he moved. "A tournament?" The words fell from her lips as a curious whisper. She was still reeling in the defeat if her defenses. Edom made it past her dome and with his havoc came casualties. The company had yet to release a statement on the matter either. There was a soft sigh accompanied with a frown. "You and Nathan are...very much alike. Whether that's good or bad, I'm sure we'll come to see." The woman swept her legs off the couch and sat normally. "I will create another barrier. Whatever battles that take place will provide excellent data...but what of the winner? What will they win?"

He could tell the man wasn't entirely satisfied with his answer given, shutting his eyes and with a flick of his wrist a cigarette slips out of his jacket sleeve and into his two fingers. Bringing it to his lips and producing a lighter with the other he lights it whilst speaking. "Once, there was a great guardian and a hero.. Who protected his friends, and the people around him. He was both the protector and husband of a lovely princess with blonde hair. But one day he found out his life was all but false, and that man died that day. And when his corpse rose back up, there was no man, but a horrible creation of reality. And from then on, only that monster existed. There was no guardian. No hero. Just the thing that rose out of the ashes of a doomed land." finishing weaving his tale, his face engulfed in a plume of smoke that his crimson eyes pierce through.
"As for what I want... I want something to entertain me during my stay here back in WAR. You can provide that by.. Letting me feast upon your entrails. Or it could be something else entirely." the demon explained between inhales.
"As for any plans of.. Mass murdering everyone and spreading misery.. No need to worry. I've grown tired of it all really.. Eventually, even I have to realize worlds will kill themselves over time. Just like the land of AoW. I'm.. burn't out I guess?" he shrugs with a simple smile.

Everlyn listened calmly to the story and lowered her guard. He could easily kill her, he only safety would be what Rave could provide for her. Rave listened and nodded, trying to remember if he ever ventured to AOW. "All lands die, it always a matter of time, just depends on if you choose to die with it." He said giving a philosophical answer.

Apaichi looked at Deandra before bringing his hands together. "The winner shall get these." Apaichi's eyes flashed with a bright light as two silver swords formed against the wall, strange ruins ran along the blades, in the center of the blades a strange animal shape began glowing with a green light.

Lance loosened his fist before turning away going and picking up his daggers placing them away. "Rather than wasting your time with me so soon maybe you should see what else this land has to offer. You'll get your fight don't worry...but at the time I wouldn't be much of a challenge for you, where would the joy be in killing me in a weakened state?"

Apaichi's eyes flashed with a bright light as two silver swords formed against the wall, strange ruins ran along the blades, in the center of the blades a strange animal shape began glowing with a green light. There was definite curiosity in her eyes as she scanned over the weapons. The glowing green hue of the blades was what caught her attention most, the true sign of magic and power. That was where her interests stopped though. Wielding a weapon wasn't something she wanted to do, at least during this time of her life. "I'll leave it up to you to get the word about this tournament of yours," She'd reply as she got up. "I don't think I'll participate in this tournament, I'm afraid I don't have the time, but I'll be watching with keen eyes." Deandra would walk to a coat rack, slipping on one of her warmer jackets. "Is there anything else Apaichi?"

Bootprints were all that was left behind in the snow as Vash walked. The woman shivered with irritation for the cold. Perhaps she had grown too accustom to the warmer climate of Elusaria. "I don't remember this place ever being so cold," She'd mumble to herself, running her hands up and down her arms in feeble attempts to keep warm. Glancing up from the snowy ground before her, Vash could see a break in the trees that surrounded her. Her destination poking just above the tree lines finally. With breath of a relief, the woman's pace quickened.
"That's new," Vash said, making her observances out loud. Judging eyes traced up the large white tree. If the Guild wanted to be an even bigger eyesore, that wasn't her problem. Vash hurried up to the castle front, and without even knocking, she pushed the doors right open. The silence that greeted her was deafening. Immediately she knew that no one was home except the mice. Where were those confounded guardians? As far as she knew, nothing interesting was even happening.
The woman scraped the bottom of her boots on the carpet, drying them off as best as possible. As she pressed on into the castle, Vash would let her eyes wonder. It'd been so long since she'd passed through these halls. Did she still even know her way around? The answer was yes. Vash prided herself on her sense of direction and memory. "I suppose..." Vash would yawn, patting her mouth as she moaned, "It is time for a nap." It wasn't long before Vash was in the library, curled up asleep on one of the lounge chairs with a fire crackling in the fireplace.
