looks like that except blonde hair, keeps rain village headband down over right eye. Ears are gauged and has tunnels the size of a quarter and piercings going up cartilage all are chakra transmitters along with labret. Also. has no rebreather.
Scent: Smells intoxicatingly of ice, wind, and freedom.
Character History/ Background: During Nagato's reign over Amegakure Arashi's rain interfered with his, and he considered his kekkei genkai to be a threat so he eliminated the whole Onizuka clan, but since Arashi was still a kid he only sent one of his six paths after him. During the fight with the the Pain path Arashi blacked out and when he came to he had a rinnegan in his right eye. Arashi then left the Rain knowing Pain would keep coming after him.

Personality: Arashi is the stereotypical cool and aloof guy, but he values the life of his comrades above all else. He does not wish to fight but knows that in this world today it is impossible not too. He freezes up in the presence of a pretty girl. Upon activation of the curse mark though his personality changes drastically and he has nothing but killing on his mind.

Special Abilities: Due to the power of the Rinnegan Arashi can use all forms of release, he is very proficient in Ninjutsu and Taijutsu and has a good amount of skill in Genjutsu. When making clones they share the same field of vision due to the Rinnegan. Own kekkei genkai is Storm release
Ability names: Hidden Storm Jutsu: [Seals: monkey, hare, tiger] Black clouds cover the sky blocking out all light and a thunder storm begins allowing for absolute stealth killing.
Chibaku Tensei (Planetary Devastation):Sealing technique, creates a ball of gravity to hit someone with and begins pulling in materials from all directions. Some say this technique is how the moon was created sealing in a great evil.
Shinra Tensei (Almighty Push): Manipulates gravity and pushes stuff away, has a five second cool down period that increases with size, an example of a big one was when Pain decimated Konohagakure
Bansho Ten'in (Universal Pull): Just like Shinra Tensei except pulls objects instead of pushing.
Storm Release, Storm Dragon Jutsu: [Seals: hare, tiger, monkey, snake, horse, dragon, tiger, snake, hare, monkey, rat, hare] Clouds swirl and a dragon of lightning comes down from the sky at the enemy.
Fire Release, Burning Ash Jutsu: [Seals: snake, rat, snake, tiger] Arashi inhales air and exhales ash and bites down on a flint kept on his teeth igniting the ash that surrounds his opponent.
Onizuka Rain Cover: Due to the kekkei genkai of the Onizuka clan all members have a constant rain cover, range is due to the chakra size of the member. Arashi's is 3km.
Heavenly Curse Mark: Arashi gave himself this cursemark on his own to boost the powers of his Rinnegan, expands from cursemark on neck to cover entire body, when fully active rain cover turns into hidden storm jutsu.
Tsukuyomi: The Tsukuyomi genjustu is usually only available to those who weild a Mangekyou Sharingan but Arashi once fought a MS user and upon defeat he sealed Tsukuyomi with Arashi's Rinnegan.
