In the middle of a desert wasteland lies a thriving city thats bigger than what anyone could have ever imagined. People all over the world wonder what it would be like to live in this desert pearl. It's pretty decent for being surrounded by hundreds of miles of desert. Eriophyllum City (Eriophyllum being a pretty yellow desert sunflower) appears to be a perfectly peaceful place- to the innocent citizens, that is. Unbeknownst to them an all out war between the mutants and the newly formed mafia is brewing within the desert diamond, and no one can be too sure about who will come out on top.[/center]

The Agency wants nothing more than complete control over the city... Oh, and dead mutants. They don't want any so-called 'freaks' invading their perfect 'diamond'. They believe they'll gain absolute control over the city once their enemies are defeated. Those with special abilities just want to fight to protect the only thing they have ever known. They believe the mafia is planning something much more sinister than what they are letting on. They believe none of that "create the perfect city with a united community" propaganda they've been telling people either. The bad guys want complete control of the city, and according to their leader they will have complete control as long as those wretched mutants don't get in their way...
