"La Fantoma"
Weapons: Fantom prefers the use of a combat knife and a handy-dandy scimitar.
Abilities: Fantom is in top physical condition and a definite expert in swordplay and hand-to-hand combat. One should be wary of Fantom's speed and craftiness.
History: La Fantoma is more of a legend in the deserts south of WAR akin to ghost stories and local folklore. Sightings of La Fantoma started more then forty years ago, usually being blamed for the destruction of military forces, raiders and slavers. Native legends say that La Fantoma is a vengeful spirit, exacting its revenge for the loss of its family. Others say La Fantoma is the spirit of desert, manifested as protector for the good of heart. No one can really say for sure, as the people who actually interact with La Fantoma don't live for long.
Appearance: When standing up straight, Fantom reaches about 5'6". Fantom's body is entirely covered. Clothes are tattered and stained from battles past. Fantom seems to always wear a dark brown scarf, a plaid bandana over mouth, red goggles and baggy hat on head. Fantom wears a ragged cloak with rips, tears, burns and holes from wear. Beneath this lies thick, yet maneuverable armor. Fantom's footwear include wrapped ankle boots.
